Returns & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order. When you place an order, your selected item is specially printed and produced based on the design you purchased.

Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at dan@bostongraphix.com.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are not pre-made or stocked in advance. Production begins after your order is placed. Your item is printed specifically for your order, which means we cannot restock or resell returned products.

For this reason, all made-to-order product sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at dan@bostongraphix.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved due to a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to locals: 5 – 20 business days

Average transit times to international: 17 – 45 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.
